General Game Play
Can the game be played without a network connection?
Yes, the game may be played without a network connection.
*A network connection is necessary to access some Event Dungeons and benefit from the effects of purchased items.
The game feels sluggish or handles strangely on my device.
Please try the following:
- - Try rebooting the app: close PUZZLE & DRAGONS 0 and then launch it again.
- - Check the amount of free space on your device. There may not be sufficient space to create game save data. Try freeing up additional space and rebooting the device.
- - Check your device’s battery charge. Device battery conservation features may be active. Try charging your device if the battery charge is low.
I’m unable to install or update the app.
- - Check your network connection.
A mobile data connection may be insufficient to download large quantities of data. Please try installing or updating again after connecting to a Wi-Fi network - - Check the amount of free space on your device. Try freeing up additional space and try again.
- - Check to see that Apple services, the App Store, iCloud, Google services, the Google Play Store, or Google Cloud Save Games are not undergoing a service outage. Please check online for the relevant platform's service status information.
Regarding the Permanent Ad Exemption Pass and Permanent Fast Pass products
Are there any additional costs after purchasing the Permanent Ad Exemption Pass and/or Permanent Fast Pass?
There are no additional costs. Both the Permanent Ad Exemption Pass and Permanent Fast Pass are one-time purchases. No subscription is required.
I purchased the Permanent Ad Exemption Pass and/or Permanent Fast Pass, yet they appear unpurchased.
For each pass displayed as unpurchased within the save data used to purchase it, please verify the following.
- - Both passes are unavailable for use when offline. Please check again with a network connection.
- - Try reapplying the game data.
Data Reapplication
- 1. If the PUZZLE & DRAGONS 0 is currently launched, please close it completely.
- 2. With a network connection in place, please launch PUZZLE & DRAGONS 0 and begin the game using a save data slot that shows the pass as unpurchased.
- 3. From the game's Home screen (the screen where Innolit is permanently displayed and may be interacted with), select the Shop menu.
- 4. Within the Shop menu, tap the Restore Purchases button.
I purchased the Permanent Fast Pass, but the game speed has not changed.
- 1. Please verify that you have a network connection.
*The double-speed play feature is unavailable when offline or lacking a network connection. - 2. If a game is in progress, either reboot the app or select To Title Screen from the Options menu.
- 3. Select game data to play with.
- 4. At the dungeon Confirm Entry screen, activate the switch in the upper right portion of the screen.
Do the benefits of purchased Passes apply to all three save data slots?
Yes, provided a network connection is available, benefits from a Pass purchased on one save slot will apply to the other save slots.
Advertisements, network issues, etc.
Videos will not play.
Please verify the following if video playback is unsuccessful when attempted.

- Your device might not have a network connection. Try again in a location with better cellular connection access. If your cellular connection is slow or limited, please try a Wi-Fi connection.

- Your device may be unstable. Please try rebooting your device.
- ◆ Check for Ad Blockers
- Ad blocking applications may be interfering with video playback. Try turning off the ad blocking feature.

Tap Settings - Privacy - Tracking - and turn Allow Apps to Request to Track on.
Tap Settings - Privacy - Apple Advertising and turn Personalized Ads off. - *Please note that rooted devices or those modified in ways unsupported by the manufacturer may prevent players from receiving the benefits from ad playback.
I saw an offensive advertisement.
Actions including suspension of the ad in question will be taken under consideration, so please contact us via the Customer Support form.
What devices is the game compatible with?
The game is compatible with the following devices:

*Some tablets and other devices may be limited to the horizontal UI layout.
Are Cloud Saves available?
It is possible to save your game data to the cloud as follows:

- - Sign into iCloud on the device in use.
- - Ensure that iCloud is enabled.
- - Save data will be automatically saved to iCloud.
- [Android]
- - Sign into your Google account on the device in use.
- - Install Google Play Games on your device.
- - Save data witll be automatically saved to Google Play Games.
- Notes for both platforms:
- - You must be connected to the Internet to save data to the cloud.
- - Depending on your network connection, it may take a few minutes for data to be saved.
- - Please note that if your save data is not saved to the cloud, you will be unable to resume your game with your previous progress after changing devices.
- - In order to resume your game, the new device must use the previous Apple ID or Google account.
- - It is not possible to share game save data across two different OSes.
- - Please do not save game data from multiple devices to the cloud. Depending on the cloud save timing, previously saved game data may be overwritten.
What happens if I play without linking to iCloud/Google Play Cloud Saves?
Unlinked save data or save data updated while offline will only be saved locally to the play device. In that case, deleting the game from your device will also remove the save data and prevent you from resuming play with your previous progress.
Using iCloud/Google Play Cloud Saves will synchronize your game data, allowing to resume play with your previous progress even after downloading the app anew.
Please ensure you have adequate free space before saving game data to the cloud.
